Fabrication of Site Hoarding Panels
Site hoarding panels can be created by printing the desired graphics onto self-adhesive vinyl (which is then mounted onto Foamex, plywood or ACM (Aluminium Composite Materials) panels, or by printing directly onto ACM panels.
Aluminium Composite Materials
Extremely strong, lightweight and durable, ACM panels consist of a solid polyethylene core to which two thin sheets of aluminium have been bonded. Once the surface has been painted using polyester paint, it is ready to accept either vinyl graphics or direct digital print. The most popular form of ACM panel uses Di-bond, a type of ACM that is particularly durable and will last for literally years.
An alternative more suitable for short term site hoardings consists of Foamex panels, which again take vinyl graphics.
Printing Hoarding Graphics
Your artwork will be printed using direct-to-substrate UV (ultra violet) cured digital printing process designed to protect the graphics against UV sun light and adverse weather conditions.
Print Protection for Construction Hoardings
Laminating the printed panels with gloss or anti-graffiti laminate provides increased sharpness and extra print protection, ensuring your site hoarding graphics remain crisp and attractive for many years to come.
Hoarding panels and graphics can be cut to size or tiled to match the specific requirements for your construction hoarding’s location. To maintain a unified, professional appearance, we also produce matching headers and kickers. Our Services
